第十四届“中国国际教育巡回展”(2009年春季)上海站

　　经中华人民共和国教育部批准，由中国（教育部）留学服务中心（以下简称“中心”）主办的第十四届“中国国际教育巡回展”（以下简称“教育展”）将于2009年2月28日至3月15日在北京、西安、上海、南京和广州举行，共有来自近30个国家和地区的400余所高校和教育机构参展。与此同时，“第六届留学工作与多元化人才培养论坛”（以下简称“论坛”）也将于2月28日在北京举办。

　　一、背景特点与办展宗旨

2009年适逢中心成立20周年。在国家留学政策的正确指引下，在党和政府的积极鼓励和大力支持下，中心始终活跃在留学服务工作的第一线，秉承“服务全球学子，成就国际人才”的服务宗旨和理念，在我国的出国留学、留学回国、来华留学和教育国际合作与交流领域发挥着独特的作用。在此背景下，第十四届“中国国际教育巡回展”也迎来了10周岁生日，将于 2月28日—3月1日在北京中国国际贸易中心展览厅拉开帷幕。同时举办的还有“第六届留学工作与多元化人才培养论坛”。
教育展的主要活动将围绕建设创新型国家与“优先发展教育，建设人力资源强国”的主题展开。发展教育是实现创新型国家和建设人力资源强国目标的根本途径。出国留学作为人才培养的具体方式之一，必将在实施国家发展战略过程中，继续发挥不可替代的重要作用。
凭借以往成功举办十三届展览的经验，本届教育展吸引了政府教育主管部门、国内外院校、专业教育机构以及驻华使（领）馆积极参与和大力支持，将向社会宣传国家留学政策，展示国外优质教育资源，促进中外院校及相关机构的交流与合作，引导、规范、保障自费出国留学市场的健康发展，为计划出国的留学人员提供最新、最权威、最直接的留学信息，为留学回国人员提供职场规划和就业等咨询服务。

　　二、参展院校资质审查

今年，有来自英国、法国、荷兰、爱尔兰、加拿大、美国、澳大利亚、新西兰、德国、西班牙、意大利、瑞士、韩国、日本、新加坡、马来西亚、香港等地的近30个国家和地区的400余所高校和教育机构参展。
参展院校经过中国（教育部）留学服务中心资质审查，均为所在国家政府教育主管部门批准或被政府授权机构认证的、具有接受外国学生资质的院校。

　　三、展团院校的主要看点

澳大利亚国家展团由40余所澳大利亚学校组成，以强大的阵容向中国学子展示和提供从医学到旅游管理等一系列专业选择，并包括职业教育与培训。此外，澳大利亚保险公司（Medibank）还将提供海外留学保险的现场咨询服务。
加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省第二次组团参展，参展院校达30余所，包括不列颠哥伦比亚大学，西蒙弗雷泽大学及维多利亚大学等知名学府，他们将在现场向广大中国学子提供赴加留学咨询服务。
法国教育服务中心将携20余所法国高等院校来华参展，其中包括法国著名的公立大学、商校和工程师院校，如巴黎高科集团、里昂高等管理学校、波尔多高等商业管理学校等。参展高校所涉及的专业领域包括科学与技术、企业与行政管理以及职业培训。有意留学法国的学生可以直接与院校代表进行面谈，选择适合自己的学校。
中国留学服务中心 — 荷兰高等教育国际交流协会合作办公室将率由18所荷兰高等院校组成的荷兰国家展团参展，一如既往地推广荷兰的高等教育。为了吸引更多优秀学生赴荷留学，他们还将介绍种类繁多的奖学金项目以及在荷工作的最新政策规定。
爱尔兰贸易与科技局将携15家爱尔兰院校，第10次以国家展团形式亮相教育展。爱尔兰展团将为国际留学生提供灵活多样、个性化的学习选择。
新西兰一向重视与中国政府和中国教育机构的合作，今年，16所新西兰教育机构将分别参加本届教育展在北京、西安、上海、长沙和广州的巡展。所有新西兰参展院校将集中在以醒目绿色为标志的新西兰展台，向中国学生展示新西兰高质量的教育资源，并提供各种与留学新西兰相关的信息咨询。
新加坡24所教育院校在新加坡旅游局的带领下亮相教育展，推介新加坡的留学信息，吸引中国学生赴新加坡留学。
在韩国教育科学技术部国立国际教育院的带领下，韩国16所高校将首次以国家展团的形式亮相教育展，他们将在西安站展示韩国的优质教育资源。
英国文化协会将组织60余所经英国政府认证的英国院校参加本次教育展，院校类型包括高等院校、继续教育学院、语言学校、艺术设计院校以及酒店和旅游管理院校等，为有意留学英国的学生展示了多种选择。另外，今年的英国教育展区还将带来全新的体验式展览及专门的出国金融信息咨询。

　　四、现场提供出国 — 回国“一条龙”咨询服务

按照政府“支持留学，鼓励回国，来去自由”的方针，为满足现场观众对国（境）外留学信息和就业信息的需求，体现“以人为本”的服务宗旨，中国（教育部）留学服务中心将在教育展期间，就每个留学生可能遇到的问题，如国（境）外学历学位认证、留学回国派遣落户、就业报到以及出国后档案的存放等提供咨询服务。中国留学人才市场（中国留学英才网）http://www.tochinajob.com也将以此次展会为契机，开展留学人才储备库信息采集、职业规划、人才测评、就业指导培训等一系列活动。

　　五、为观众提供优质服务

为满足广大在校学生的需求，不断提高办展质量，维护展场秩序，中国（教育部）留学服务中心将继续对在校学生参观教育展提供优惠服务，即在校学生出示本人有效学生证件，领取参会通知并填写背面的调查问卷后可免费入场。
北京留学服务行业协会也将第二次组织会员单位参展，为现场观众提供留学中介咨询服务。

　　六、举办留学论坛，深入探讨公众关心的问题。

“第六届留学工作与多元化人才培养论坛”将于2月28日在北京中国大饭店举行。本届论坛的主题是新经济、新趋势，着力研讨留学工作面临的新形势和新任务，从而推动留学工作迈上新台阶，为创新型国家建设做出新贡献。
论坛议题包括出国留学与留学回国工作、中国与相关国家的教育合作与交流等。届时，中外政府官员、有关国家驻华使(领)馆官员、权威教育专家、高等院校代表、国内外专业机构代表将就这些公众关心的议题进行交流和研讨，为广大中外教育机构提供一个交流的平台。
自1999年中国（教育部）留学服务中心举办“中国国际教育巡回展”开始，至今已连续10年在国内20多个城市成功地举办了13届，来自30多个国家和地区的1200多所院校先后参展。经过多年的经验积累与总结，教育展已经逐渐发展成为一个规模宏大、内容丰富、形式多样、展会结合的年度盛会。
教育展为国外教育机构和中国学生提供了面对面直接交流的机会，一方面使国外院校有机会了解中国学生出国留学的兴趣和需求，另一方面又使学生可以在展览现场了解国外院校及课程情况，获取最新留学信息，因而得到了政府教育主管部门的大力支持，国内外院校、专业教育机构以及驻华使（领）馆的广泛参与，受到了社会和留学人员的广泛好评与认可。
